The study focused on the development and marketability of corn banana flour nutri-bun using flour, peel flesh blossom which can be readily found in locality. This product research included four major phases; (1) nutri-bun, (2) Determination nutri-bun’s nutritive value, (3) determination level acceptability (4) nutri-bun. finished products terms appearance/color, aroma, taste texture was determined through a sensory evaluation by different groups respondents: Food experts non-experts both male female. content were test Department Agriculture (DA), Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. laboratory results interpreted Nutritionist-Dieticians to determine whether fit for human consumption.
